The Organizing Duo Behind Done & Done Home
Over a decade ago, our business was born when a friend needed help with a move and we both jumped at the chance to put our natural organizing abilities to use. As it turned out, we worked well together and soon realized we could turn our passion for helping others into a business!
What started as a mother/daughter duo organizing closets and hauling trash has turned into a multi-million dollar business.
We employ 18 women who help us on jobs both in and out of the office – organizing, scheduling, creating content for our social media platforms, and helping us market our two biggest projects: our book, Love Your Home Again, and the new and improved companion course by the same name.
Our passion is to make women’s lives better through organization and employment!

What services do you offer?
We are proud to offer decluttering/organizing services, move management, estate clear-out, and services to prepare homes for the market. We also offer custom services based on the needs of the client.
What locations do you service?
We proudly serve New York City, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We have traveling teams available for out of area services.
How much do your services cost?
For a basic understanding of our pricing, we charge $185/hour/organizer and have a seven-hour minimum with a team of two women. The day rate comes to a minimum of $2,590. We know that we are on the high end of organizing/move management companies, but our incredible team made up of women in their 50s and 60s have life-times of experience running their homes, moving, and handling estates.
